Payments UK held the 12th Annual Cyber Security and Fraud Seminar on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd November 2016 at Kings Place in London. This event has consistently earned a reputation for high quality content, critical analysis and thought leadership, attracting delegates from across the Payments UK membership, as well as representation from cyber security and fraud professionals inthe UK, US and Continental Europe.
Building upon a heritage of over a decade of successful eCrime, Fraud, IT and Cyber Security conferences, the theme of 2016 was ‘Stronger Together’. The aim of the seminar was to promote understanding and greater co-operation to address cyber threats to the banking and payments industry. The seminar provided a trusted environment where the latest threats and issues were discussed, whilst also allowing delegates the opportunity to network, share best practice and exchange ideas.
Two Day Event
In addition to the traditional day of specialist presentations and panels for the cyber security and fraud community, Payments UK hosted a second day - intended for non-specialist banking and payments professionals with a requirement or interest to gain insight and understanding of cyber and fraud threats.
